Charlotte Rescue Mission
Charlotte Rescue Mission’s new 72,000-square-foot Rebound Center facility will provide shelter and addiction recovery services for Charlotte area men. Scheduled to open in spring 2024, this modern building will nearly double its capacity, helping some 500 participants each year find a transformative future of hope and wholeness.
Slated for completion in late 2023, Berkeley Commons will be home to two Class-A, three-story R&D buildings. A premier life science campus, offices will hum with world-class science labs, research, innovation and technology – challenging the best minds to pursue their passions.
Slated for completion in March 2024, the $112.8-million project will modernize and innovate learning at Cedar Falls High School in the Cedar Falls (IA) Community School District.

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Inpatient Hospital
The new inpatient hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center will offer a unique approach to healing, assessing and teaching. This $1.79 billion addition is slated to open in 2026. At 1.9-million square feet, it will be The Ohio State’s largest single-facilities project.
Connecting the ASU campus with downtown Tempe, this $125 million project is part of a public-private partnership between the university and the city. Groundbreaking on the 16-story Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU began in summer 2021 and is slated for completion in spring 2023. The design team is targeting LEED Silver certification.
